UX/UI Designer
Job description
As a UX/UI Designer at OrientSwiss you will be creating and maintaining the user experience of our digital products across our web and mobile platforms. You will be part of a multicultural team that shares a user-first approach in finding the right solutions. Assisted by our researchers, you will work on empathizing with our users and building beautiful products that will change the world. You’re a tech geek, you know what works and what doesn’t and that leads the way you think and implement your ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop all possible usability scenarios
- Conduct UX market research and benchmark best practices
- Create creative and easy to use experiences for our users
- Conduct usability testing
- Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and user flows for our web and mobile platforms
- Design the user interface of the digital product
- Produce low to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with the research team to analyze user activity and push for iteration to optimize the user experience
- Test the design quality of the implemented result
Job requirements
Requirements:
- English language fluency: writing – Advanced / speaking – Upper-intermediate
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process
- 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI role.
- Ability to rapidly produce multiple directions and UX concepts.
- Super organized and detail oriented to efficiently and accurately deliver a flawless experience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited direction.
- BA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of FIGMA and FigJam is preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics is a plus.
- Fintech and E-commerce experience is a plus
