UX/UI Designer

Job description

As a UX/UI Designer at OrientSwiss you will be creating and maintaining the user experience of our digital products across our web and mobile platforms. You will be part of a multicultural team that shares a user-first approach in finding the right solutions. Assisted by our researchers, you will work on empathizing with our users and building beautiful products that will change the world. You’re a tech geek, you know what works and what doesn’t and that leads the way you think and implement your ideas.


  • Develop all possible usability scenarios
  • Conduct UX market research and benchmark best practices
  • Create creative and easy to use experiences for our users
  • Conduct usability testing
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and user flows for our web and mobile platforms
  • Design the user interface of the digital product
  • Produce low to high-fidelity prototypes
  • Collaborate with the research team to analyze user activity and push for iteration to optimize the user experience
  • Test the design quality of the implemented result

Job requirements


  • English language fluency: writing – Advanced / speaking – Upper-intermediate
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process
  • 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI role.
  • Ability to rapidly produce multiple directions and UX concepts.
  • Super organized and detail oriented to efficiently and accurately deliver a flawless experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited direction.
  • BA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of FIGMA and FigJam is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics is a plus.
  • Fintech and E-commerce experience is a plus
