Technical Delivery Manager

The role

Delivery Managers are technical problem solvers who lead the API integration of ZoodMall & ZoodPay solutions with all merchants in Uzbekistan in Online & Offline. 

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on ZoodMall’s & ZoodPay’s APIs and how to best deploy them
  • Work closely with merchants and the various Afterpay teams to guarantee a high-quality project delivery
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of the ZoodPay payment platform on a variety of merchant applications including web and mobile applications, order management systems, and point of sale devices
  • Serve as the chief technical consultant for our merchants during their integration
  • Own and drive relationships with external technical audiences of all kinds — from engineer to CTO — to understand business objectives and translate requirements into solutions
  • Educate merchants and partners to implement optimal integration strategies, techniques, and user experience best practices
  • Reviews solution designs and vet solution proposals for technical viability

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent domain experience in and/or direct exposure to E-commerce platforms, Payment Service Providers, and E-commerce order management workflows 
  • Able to understand how a wide variety of technologies and systems interact with each other
  • Experienced in full-stack development and software architecture patterns
  • Excited about solving open-ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking.A great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experienced working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a client-facing environment
  • Fluent in Russian, Uzbek & English.
