Job description

A Senior Hunter ( Beauty & Health, Home & Garden, Sport products, Children products) will be focusing on recruiting top online sellers for each category in the Zoodmall Marketplace and ZoodPay Fintech Buy Now, Pay Later solution in Uzbekistan. 

A Senior Hunter will be working closely with Key Account Managers, the Technology Team, and other departments to ensure a smooth and successful integration, once they establish a formal relationship with the sellers. 

Duties

  • Identifying potential partnership opportunities by researching the market/industry and keeping a close eye on key developments in the region 
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identifying and developing the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators 
  • Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging a professional network 
  • Establishing and leveraging high-level relationships with key decision-makers of top Uzbek sellers 
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs 
  • Conducting regular business review meetings, including forecast calls with global teams 
  • Working towards achieving daily KPIs and monthly sales target 
  • Compiling and analyzing performance metrics to assess placements effectiveness and to identify new opportunities 
  • Managing all efforts to develop and implement the strategy alongside internal and external partners, ensuring that the set plans operate reliably 
  • Ensuring strategies and business plans are developed, documented, communicated, and implemented 
  • Working with IT, Product, and Market global teams 

Job requirements

  • Proven working experience – minimum 2 years – as a Sales Manager or a relevant role
  • Professional presentation & business correspondence skills 
  • Proficient knowledge in e-commerce business
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in creative and aggressive sales prospecting, a hunter mentality
  • Capability to build a strong rapport with existing and potential clients
  • Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, diverse cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, high personal expectations, team player, client-focused, well organized, analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of English (B-2 level), Russian and Uzbek languages
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
