Merchant Success Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ZoodMall & ZoodPay’s pipeline of Uzbekistan Merchants in their post-approval onboarding process by creating messaging and tools to streamline the process
  • Collaborate with ZoodMall & ZoodPay’s Marketing team to develop a 360-marketing strategy to engage and build merchant capacity leveraging our branded assets
  • Partner with ZoodMall & Zoodpay leadership to develop and implement onboarding metrics and KPI’s
  • Monitor self-service onboarding for pain points and bottlenecks and deliver insights and feedback to Product team to consistently improve
  • Leverage Sales to manage merchant communications, dashboards and success metrics
  • Review Merchant NPS and other feedback channels for Uzbekistan clients and escalate concerns and suggestions appropriately

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years work experience as an account manager, content marketing manager, engagement manager, product manager, or similar business-to-business role
  • Experience with project management and content creation processes
  • Familiarity with payments technology preferred
  • Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
