Manager Internal Audit & Risk Management

Job description

The key responsibilities of the Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management are:

  • Good understanding on Risk and internal control activities
  • To assess the efficiency and consistency of the internal control system of the company by analyzing the reliability and integrity of operational and financial information.
  • To determine if the processes and controls defined by the company are actually implemented, in order to ensure that the company operates in compliance with plans, policies, procedures and governing laws and regulations.
  • To make constructive recommendations and analysis in order to improve the internal control system of the company and its operational efficiency.
  • Implementing Risk & Governance framework through identifying, monitoring, mitigating, controlling and assessing Risk.
  • Prepare a comprehensive risk assessment technical report, highlighting risk improvement recommendations

Job requirements

  • Experience in Credit Risk Management
  • Excellent technical capacities in Risk activity: Credit risk, operational Risks, Financial risks etc…
  • Excellent skills in tools developments and analyses: Transition Matrix, Vintage curves, Risk matrix, Credit PF composition and product breakdown and analysis
  • Complete Understanding of Regulatory Framework w.r.t. NBFC.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years working experience in internal audit & Risk Management function in a managerial position. Experience in a Financial Sector is a clear advantage.
  • CA Finalist or ACCA from Big four audit firm
