Key Account Manager
ZoodPay is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Uzbekistan. Reporting into the Merchant Success Manager, this position provides an exciting opportunity for a client-facing account or sales manager to develop relationships across a mixed portfolio of premium SMBs and top-level SMB merchants. This role would suit a proactive and strategic individual who is now looking to build their career within a fast-growing, global company
- Developing relationships across a mixed portfolio of Premium SMBs and top-level SMB merchants to drive ongoing sustainable growth, engagement, and merchant advocacy.
- Driving merchant engagement through actively encouraging and supporting merchants to participate in key ZoodPay marketing initiatives, core SMB campaign activity and any bespoke activity with a direct ROI target.
- Identifying merchant expansion opportunities across your portfolio including omnichannel expansion, cross border trade, global market expansion and assess the relevancy of any other new ZoodPay product initiatives as they launch.
- Manage the lifecycle contact strategy for your portfolio, providing frequent rich industry content, data insight, and portfolio analysis to help support strategic merchant planning.
- Execute proactive save and re-engagement programs across the broader UZ SMB base, supported by trigger base modeling to reduce churn and retain an active merchant base in Uzbekistan..
- Ensure technical support queries are promptly resolved either directly or facilitating via Merchant Services support.

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing Sales/Account Management or Customer Success role
